Mr. Charles attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA where he was awarded the Ronald E. McNair Project S.P.A.C.E. Scholarship, and was part of their inaugural class of NASA Scholars. He accepted an opportunity to work for American President Lines (APL), one of the premier steamship lines in the world. After several years of service to APL, Mr. Charles applied his knowledge to MasterBrand Cabinets where he managed the inbound freight operation.
In 2008, he earned his MBA from Smeal with portfolios in Supply Chain Management and Strategic Leadership. Upon graduating from Smeal, he was recruited by and accepted a position as a Logistics Program Manager/Consultant with Dell, Inc. He has taken fantastic experiences from his 20 years in the corporate arena and founded Worldwide Advancement with the goal of furthering the goals of private and public enterprises across all borders.
He earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In addition to his membership in the Project Management Institute, he is a member of the Morehouse College Alumni Association and the National Black MBA Association.
